After a sharp move in the tech sector and fresh optimism around Microsoft’s cloud and AI businesses, investors are weighing that strong track record against a relatively low overall value score. A...

First Phosphate uplists to Nasdaq Global Market, targets feasibility study by end of 2026

First Phosphate Corp (NASDAQ:PHOS)(CSE:PHOS)(OTCQX:FRSPF) has uplisted to the Nasdaq Global Market, with CEO John Passalacqua telling Proactive's Stephen Gunnion that the move transforms the company into a primary US security, opening it up to portfolio managers who can only buy US-listed stocks or securities on specific exchanges. Passalacqua described the uplisting as consistent with the company transitioning from small cap to mid cap status. Passalacqua said the Nasdaq Global Market listing improves both liquidity and visibility as First Phosphate advances its Bégin-Lamarche phosphate project, and provides access to US and international capital markets. He noted that many of the company's anticipated customers and business partners are based in the US and Europe, making a presence on a leading transnational exchange strategically important. On operational milestones, Passalacqua said the company's priority is delivering a feasibility study, which it hopes to complete by end of 2026 or early 2027. He added that First Phosphate is fully capitalized to move through permitting and reach a final investment decision over the next couple of years. First Phosphate's stated ambition is to build a North American mine-to-market lithium iron phosphate (LFP) supply chain. Passalacqua said the Nasdaq listing supports that goal by giving the company the profile of larger peers in the critical minerals and technology space. #FirstPhosphate #PHOS #phosphate #LFP #criticalMinerals #Nasdaq #miningStocks #batteryMaterials #Canada #resourceInvesting
