Quanta Services, the nation's largest electrical infrastructure construction company, blew away second-quarter earnings forecasts and massively raised its full-year outlook amid the artificial intelligence buildout boom. Quanta said its improved visibility, record backlog and four recently completed acquisitions played into the big increase in its 2026 outlook. "We believe these results and our long-term track record are a clear differentiator of Quanta's ability to compound profitable growth as our customers accelerate investment in the electric grid, power generation and mission-critical infrastructure that underpin the economy," CEO Duke Austin said in the earnings statement.
