Crocs, Sonos, and WeightWatchers Shares Are Falling, What You Need To Know

A number of stocks fell in the morning session after consumer discretionary stocks pulled back, led by a plunge in Lululemon as the company cut its full-year revenue guidance to $11.0–$11.15 billion from $11.35–$11.5 billion, citing weaker US consumer traffic, brand backlash on social media, and underperforming product launches.

Why Lululemon (LULU) Shares Are Falling Today

Shares of athletic apparel retailer Lululemon (NASDAQ:LULU) fell 7% in the morning session after it reported Q1 FY2026 results that beat headline estimates on revenue and EPS but delivered a guidance cut that revealed the Americas business deteriorating faster than the quarterly numbers suggested, with brand headwinds that emerged late in the quarter expected to intensify into Q2.

Lululemon Stock Hits an Eight-Year Low

Lululemon Athletica shares fell 8% Friday morning to their lowest level since 2018 after the company reported another quarterly decline in U.S. sales and cut its outlook for the year. Executives said some product launches, including a new line of yoga apparel, have fallen short of the company’s expectations. "The edge that Lululemon once had in releasing collections that were interesting, innovative, and on trend has disappeared," wrote Neil Saunders, managing director of research firm GlobalData.
