Stocks popped and oil prices dropped amid the latest glimmer of hope that the U.S. and Iran can return to the negotiating table. The Dow rose 380 points, or 0.7%. Reuters reported, citing three sources it described as Pakistani, that the country is exploring a path to resume peace talks between the U.S. and Iran.
