"In the wake of (Google's results), the market will be expecting Meta to raise its 2026 capital expenditures outlook from (the prior) $125 billion-$145 billion, and is also expecting Meta to preview a 'significant' increase in capex spend for 2027," Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney said in a client note Sunday.
