The FTC has drafted a potential complaint against Amazon as part of an ongoing investigation, Bloomberg reported, with multiple state attorneys general also involved alongside the federal regulator. The agency may resolve the matter, either through a formal lawsuit or a negotiated settlement, as soon as this summer. Any final action would require a vote from the FTC's two Republican commissioners, Chairman Andrew Ferguson and Commissioner Mark Meador.
The move builds on an already historic run. SpaceX priced its IPO at $135 per share on June 12, 2026, in what was the largest public offering in history, raising $75 billion initially. Underwriters exercised their greenshoe option on June 15, lifting total proceeds to $85.7 billion.
