For the second quarter ended June 30, eBay reported adjusted earnings of $1.60 a share, up 14%, on revenue of $3.13 billion, up $404 million or 15%. Gross merchandise volume of $22.4 billion rose 15%, marking the ninth straight quarter of GMV growth, and surpassed the $21.6 billion analysts expected.
