Sandisk insiders are harvesting gains from a blistering stock rally that has been fueled by artificial-intelligence demand for the company’s memory products. A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows Chief Accounting Officer Michael Pokorny sold 2,446 shares on Tuesday for $1,426.18 each, or roughly $3.5 million.
